These poems were formed during five months of monthly Zooms engaging in poems by trans authors, discussing self care as a creative while living in a capitalistic world, resource sharing in the realm of publishing, and workshopping that served us, not scrutinize or fetishize us. These poems cover what it’s like straining to survive compliance in classrooms, navigating desires in and out of the body, intergenerational destruction and prayer, the creatures that make us interrogate who we are, grief, unraveling, and so much more in such a brief collection.
